Help! Hard drive doesn't show up in Windows

I have an 80 GB Hard Drive which I am trying to connect to my PC. It appears in BIOS and in Device Manager but not in "My Computer" I have tried it in 3 different PC's and it's the same problem.

Can anyone help?

You need to go into Disk Management and create a partition on it, format it.

Start - settings - control panel - computer management - disk management
