hatim,he means download Driver Cleaner 1.9 from
here ,unzipp it and follow the readme file instructions which I`ll paste below.

nVidia:
1. Unplug nic card or modem from net or disconnect
2. Remove nvidia from add/remove programs
3. Reboot into safe mode (F8 during boot up)
4. On reboot into safe mode winXP SP1 will auto detect and install drivers. Just let it do its thing. If you can cancel out of the auto install hardware wizard then skip the rest and run Driver Cleaner! If you can NOT cancel out of auto detect wizard then...
5. Navigate to device mgr->display adapters->highlight nVidia and click uninstall or remove but don't reboot
6. Run Cab Cleaner (not needed, but recommended)
7. Run Driver Cleaner
8. Empty recycle bin and reboot
9. Install the new drivers

For other Operating systems
nVidia:
1. Unplug nic card or modem from net or disconnect
2. Remove nvidia from add/remove programs
3. Reboot into safe mode (F8 during boot up)
4. Run Cab Cleaner (not needed, but recommended)
5. Run Driver Cleaner
6. Empty recycle bin and reboot
7. Install the new drivers

Cab Cleaner don't need to be used on W9x/ME

Try downloading some kind of diagnostic program like SiSoft Sandra 2003.....to confirm whether or not your card is being detected as 32mb or 64mb. Does it not come up before the memory check when you turn on the PC, I would trust what it says there the most.

At an outside chance it could be that some of the memory chips are bad, what make is the card? and if poss, what memory chips is it using? Hynix?
