Help, getting too many emails with virus

I posted my email on some forum, big mistake.
I'm getting like 5 emails per hour from all over with same virus
my AV does pick it up and puts in safe place
but this is just getting overwhelming.
so many emails from people I dont know.
what can I do?
change email address?

Step 1: Call your ISP and get a new email.
Step 2: Email your address book of the change.
Step 3: Do Not ever post your email address publicly as there are alot of jerks running amok on the Internet.

You running Outlook or Outlook Express?

You can setup a mail rule that if it picks up any of these standard virus headers it can perform an action such as:

i) Moving into a different folder
ii) shoving straight into deleted items
iii) Deleting it from your email server rather than downloading

If it's the sobig virus then it comes with the following subject lines:

Re: Details
Re: Approved
Re: Re: My details
Re: Thank you!
Re: That movie
Re: Wicked screensaver
Re: Your application
Thank you!
