Question Help Getting Intel Extreme Tuning Utility settings to load automatically

I'm using this software to undervolt my i7-12700K. I used this utility to undervolt my CPU. While running Cinebench, I've managed to reduce temps by 10c, and increased my benchmark score. I saved the settings as a profile, but if I reboot the computer, it goes back to the stock settings and temps will be high again while running Cinebench. Only when I reload the saved profile, will temps go back down. What am I missing?
