Help! Geforce 2 problems

HI!
I just formatted my computer and i have some problems with my video card again. I remember fixing this problem b4, but i cant exactly recall how.

Okay there are 2 problems...the first is whenever i let the system go on stanby it always lock-ups afterward when u try to move the mouse

The second problem is related to Diablo2...after i saw the game preview...it always locks up on the part where u get to select single player or mult. player.

Changing the refresh rates from optimal to adapters default solved this...but then the diablo screen is not aligned to my monitor...its off to the side. Its only diablo however...it works fine with Starcraft.
I tried doing the video test and switching from 3d to 2d...i can hardly play the game because it totally slow down the system somehow...sometimes my char wont move...then it ran hella fast and stop...it seems like there some conflict going on. Its really laggy even in single player.
AND yes...its patch versoin 1.8

I tried the newest drivers which is the 14.4 detonator and it doesnt seem to solve my diablo problems...i dunno about the stand by since i havent left it ther long enough.

abit kt7 raid mobo
128 cruicial ram
IBM deskstar 30 gig 7200rpm
***LEADTEK geforce 2 gts 64 meg*** (i think the problem is here)

sorry, didn't read it, just looked for any mention of a all-in-one driver. didn't see it, so get it. 4.25 i believe, they may be up higher.

After your format, did you install the VIA 4in1 drivers again?

Yes i did...i instaled everything on that VIA cd they gave me w/ the mobo
But i am not sure if that 4 in 1 driver is even on the CD
IF not where i can i download it?

First thing you gotz to learn(and it's in my sig), is that you should learn to research. It's a very useful skill and the chicks love it.
