HELP! geforce 2 mx problems

Hi,
ok this thing works great when it's working BUT then it'll start freezing and does it frequently, i'm a pc tech so...please don't treat me like a newbie, i've tried many things, i just put my agp appeture to 32mb (was at 64) and it hasn't froze, but if it does, any suggestions? it's a inno 3d tonado geforce 2 mx 32meg, no fan on the heatsink, but there's a 120mm blowing on it about...3" away....so it's not getting hot...
 
disable fastwrites?
disable AGP 4x - use AGP 2x or even 1X ... (guess u have an overclocked AGP as well)... ;-)
