Help, Games lock up with O/c 600 Duron

I can't even play Thief without the system locking up after 15 minutes.

Should I up the voltage to the cpu? Would this help stabilize the system.

The mx video card is at default, as it is truly not overclockable. I tried and it just locks up. Can't even get thru any benchmarks except at default setting.

ANy input would be nice.

Keep the voltage at 1.85 but lower the speed to 900mhz you will not tell a difference in games.
