my system
CPU: i5-2500K
Motherboard: ga-z68xp-ud3 REV 1.0 F6
RAM: 2 x (G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Desktop Memory Model F3-10666CL9D-8GBXL)

when you set the on chip frame buffer size is set to 480 the system becomes unusable. it would seem like it hangs or crashes on windows 7 install won't even get to the first screen(selecting languages).

I also posted http://forum.giga-byte.co.uk/index.php/topic,6140.0.html

I'm wondering if it's a motherboard or ram problem. I tried googling but there are many results.

if anyone have any idea please let me know.

thanks.
