help for new budget video card for 1.5 Athlon

Hi. I am looking for the most bang for my buck video card for my computer. I currently have a geforce 2 mx 400 64 mb video card. My computer specs are athlon xp 1800 with 256 ddr ram. Can someone recommend a video card that would go with my processor speed. I use the computer for gaming and mostly play rpg and some fps games. I have problems with the frame rates right now for morrowind. It isnt simply playable. Hopefully the video card that you guys would recommend be roughly 75 to 100 dollars. Thanks a lot.
 
Ti4200 or, if you can find one for cheap, a 9600Pro would set you fairly OK for games even such as HL2 (if you don't run it on too high a res), but it might be a bit much.

Ti4200 is def. in your price range, and would be the best if you don't want to spend a little more for something like a 9600Pro.
(I'm from the UK, so I don't know how much they are in the US)

Otherwise, you could look for an 8500/9100 from ATi because that will be a little under the Ti4200 I think, but will probably also be a little cheaper.
 
thanks. speedy reply. Im from the Philippines and prices are much higher here. before recommendations i was planning to get a geforce fx 5200 or radeon 9100. ti4200 is just too expensive for me right now. thanks also for recommending more ram. any more recommendations?
