Help flashing Abit KG7 Raid

I need to flash my KG7 since i want to use it with an XP 1600, but i have never flashed a bios before. Can someone point me in the right direction to a site that gives step by step instrucitons on how to do this, and where i can download the version of the bios i need. I check out Pauls unnofficial ABIT But i dont know which bios i shoul download. The latest version he has says "If flashing BIOS containing the Highpoint 2.31/2.32 BIOS ensure that you update to the Highpoint v2.31/2.32 drivers first!" Does this mean i have to flash with an earlier version first, and then the latest one. Please help. Thanks

No, that just means you have to install the new drivers first and then flash the bios..
