help!!! firefox probrem!

okay, i was using firefox. then i went away to watch some tv. when i came back it said to choose a profile. id did not make any profiles. i choose defult but it said it was in use. i exited all firefox windows but its still in use. so i deleted the profile 😱 then i made a new defult but all my bookmarks and stuff are gone. any way to recover em?
 
It sounds like Firefox crashed so when you tried to run it again, you had that profile problem. You just needed logout or restart, I think.

Your bookmarks and stuff are stored in your profile. If you can't recover the old profile, then you can't get those things back.
