For the life of me I can't find the site anymore...it looked like it was a joke at first...

White guy, out of shape...no definition whats so ever...

Had different pages on his blog talking about his experiences...how to lift...etc...was a real joke!

I wanted to send it to a group of friends as a joke for training for the tough mudder...


Anyone know the site I speak of?
 
man i think i know exactly what you are talking about and i saw it linked on here a month or few ago. if i recall it was some fat white guy that either had red hair or lighter colored hair.
