Help finding a song

I am looking for a song that is played a lot during German soccer games.. at least it was during the World Cup. With some luck I stumbled upon a remix of it but I want the normal version.

Go to "Who De Stars - Mash Up Crew ft. Volkanikman." The part that sounds like "Shoot a goal, shoot a goo-oo-oal," is the same as in the song I'm looking for.

UPDATE:

Peter Wackel - Ladioo has a chorus that sounds almost the exact same. The Part that goes "Ladio..Ladio-O-O" is how the song I'm looking for sounds.

Very close. Ladioo has the same rhythm with the chorus, and the clip I referred to has the correct lyrics. But the "Ladio....Ladi-o-o-O" part is how the song I'm thinking about goes.
