Hey my friend doesnt have an agp port in his motherboard, hes a big gamer though and wants to tget a new card, the only choices that i can see on newegg are either a geforce fx5200 or a radeon 9000. im not sure which is better becaus ei dont relaly know that much about either card, and if anyone knows where i can find a better card for not too much money?

Truthfully, either one of those would be about the same. I'd say get the better deal.

Actually, the fastest PCI card today is Visiontek's 9100 PCI, which is a Radeon 8500LE in PCI form.

EDIT: But if you are looking between the PNY 5200 PCI and the Powercolor 9000 PCI, then get the 5200. It's a little faster than the PC 9000 PCI.
