Well folks my 21 inch CRT finally has kicked the buckett.


I dont have a lot of money to spend.

I only want to spend about 400 max.

Can somone recommend a good LCD for this cost??

While shopping around I saw the NEC 1760NX 17"LCD from dell.com (buy through dell outlet/refurbished site--cheaper and the monitors are brand new), I think I got the price down to like $415 shipped after rebates a week ago. However, I ended up getting the viewsonic 171b last week for like $440 shipped cause it looked much sleeker than the NEC.
I like the viewsonic, text is very clear and games run smooth. Also it has 2x analog connections + 1 DVI connection
