Help finding a graphics card

Hello all

Could you please help me find a graphics card for an old computer with this (the link is slow so please be patient) motherboard.

I only need a cheap £30 or so graphics card but I do need:

DVI connection
No FAN only a heatsink for quiet operation.

If you need any more information please ask.

I think one of the older Rage series cards will work fine.
