well, i was browsing this morning's paper and found CompUSA's ad. In the ad i found a Xerox InkJet Printer M760...(Product Specs)and i was just wondering is this printer any good? i like the fact that it has a pretty decent resolution...are there any other printers that are both affordable and produce crisp images for pictures?

Thanks for your Responses!

Personally I prefer Hewlett Packard over all other printers, but this one did pretty good. Eopinions is a great place to get information about our toys, and once you find what you want, this is where you go to find where to buy it.

Epinions is an excellent site.... I always go there prior to making a major purchase...

those printers are killer...i wanted to get one, but haven't bothered upgrading my printer...

anyway, just read a review on MASSIVE printers yesterday in some mag in chapters...can't remember the name...this month issue..anyway, it was rated as best value, outclassing numerous printers more than double its price..

apparently, it has killer speed - the only thing it might have lacked in compared to the other pricier models is color definition...

If you have an OfficeMax nearby, they have the Xerox M940 for $199. A few months ago this was going for $500.
It's an all-in-one with printer, scanner, copier capabilities. A bit slow but for $200 a great deal.

If you're a student and don't use color a lot, you might want to check out laser printers. The text is superior and it's very quick.
I was replacing my old HP Deskjet 694C and I realized that I don't need color, so I bought a NEC laser printer. I'm much happier now.

I checked out the Xerox inkjet printer in Compusa the other day, and I was very impressed by its color output!
