I'm looking for a game to buy for someone, but not sure what to get! Someone please direct me towards a game similar to the Myst series (adventure, puzzle solving, nothing too intense, kinda click-through type game) Thanks alot 🙂 btw, sorry if this is in the wrong section- figured I'd get the best response here.

DS has a couple of good games. Phoenix Wright is pretty good.
I don't think there's any good adventure games for PC anymore... :/

Syberia is one of the very few recent Adventure titles.

just about to suggest syberia..... I played through a large portion of it and found it fun

this looks like a really good option, thanks. is the game entirely click-through, or are there keyboard controls as well?

You won't be disappointed, if you ever have the pleasure to play 7th Guest. Its an old cdrom game, (2 i think?). Its all based on puzzles and such. It was thee game that made me want a PC. Friend and I use to sit at the computer for days on end playing it.

Unfortunately, it just doesnt wrok on WinXP like it should. Its an old dos game, and boy was it fun.

My wife played and loved Syberia but she did not like Syberia II. Just FYI

thanks, I'll keep that in mind 😛 anyone have the answer to my earlier question ^^ up there?

It is pretty much a click your way through game. She had it for the Xbox.

i love adventure games. I'd like to add Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time also. Even though this games borders on action, there are still plenty of puzzles in this game and I loved playing it. The musical score of this game is awesome! PoP is a game best enjoyed with a gamepad
