help find a driver

Fresh install of WIn8.1 64bit Pro and I'm trying to use a temp wireless card.
here's the chipset:

Can't find a driver.

Have you tried a Win7 driver? I see lots of links in a search, but you're on your own with that one. I gave up sketchy system downloads for lent... in 2009 :^D

I'd happily try a WIn7 driver... really I think I just need a 64bit driver to make it go. I've tried a few of the sketchy links but nothing actually results in A DRIVER.

I scanned the crap out of it and then extracted the contents to see what it was. It's just an installer.

it's for Win7 32/64 but I have found Win 7 drivers to work fine for the most part on 8 / 8.1..
