I ordered a book on Amazon, seller BGcmt on August 19th. Window for delivery limit was Sept 11th. Never shipped. I sent him 3 emails, no response.
So i'm trying to file a claim, but Amazon will not let me. my deadline to file is Nov 17th.
on the A to Z guarantee, under "indicate reason for claim", Everything is greyed out, it says underneath that (Disabled reasons will become available shortly after the seller's advertised delivery window.)
well its a whole day after the delivery window. My question is, how many days afterwards do they consider "shortly"?
imo, an expiration date is an expiration date.
i just want the stupid money back so i can buy it from someone else, i think Amazon gives them too long a window to ship something, kinda annoying to order something and wait nearly a month to see it still has not shipped.
Perhaps i got too impatient and Newegg..etc has spoiled me, but damn, how hard is it to ship a small paperback book a day or two after its paid for. :\
Good thing this isn't for someone's B/day.
