Not enough to be a concern unless the PSU is terrible to begin with. Probably 15W at most, though overclocking will change that. But 6850 OC ~= Stock 6870 in both power draw and performance.
 
CPU-Z shows my CPU at 6x instead of 8x...?!!? In the bios I have it set to 400 and when I boot into windows it shows as 6x400fsb
