Display Properties -> Settings -> Advanced -> In general tab change the DPI settings??

i'm also pretty sure you can go into safe mode and do this, cause in safe mode your display settings are all at default values

I just ried the DPI settings, not doing a single thing.
When I go to safe mode, the fonts are 0.05 size as well. I am SCREWED.

when you attempt to change the DPI are you in an admin account? You can also try deleting and reinstalling the drivers.
Its also extremely odd that it the size is also messed up in safe mode.

I think it's a virus or some sort.
Today I downloaded a load of dos games and dos emulators to play.
