I can't move/resize the desktop while in tv out mode and I can barely read anything little bitty thing. Tvtool doesn't do much for me cause I got the Phillips chip in it. All it does is gives me multicolored text. 
The difference between my geforce2 and radeon8500 on my other computer is like night and day. I ain't got the extra money but I might have to roll some pennies or something so I can get a Radeon 7500. This is for my entertainment computer that I will watch dvds and do some non serious gaming(like Mame).
