help editing a value in my registry...

I have a problem, and have found the solution at the 7th post on the link below:

I found the key and see what is needed to be changed, but I cannot find how to change it. I have right clicked on the value etc, but I see no option to change. I swear I have done this type of thing before and can't find what I am missing. Can someone please tell me what needs to be clicked on to change the value?

And for reference, on what is suggested to do on that link, I should be deleting the WHOLE VALUE, so it says (value not set), right?

Well I can see that I can modify, as I could see before, but it only shows me the letter b.

The value is along the lines of 0x00000000b (11). Should I just set it to 0? Or delete the b?

According to the post in your link, you should just delete the "b" so that it's empty.
