Start popping norcos.

Norcos?

Lots of cake, lots of sweets.

I mean, don't even use a fork, just scoop up a fist full of cake and go to town on it.

Cookies? 1, 2, 3? Hell no... sleeves of cookies at a time.

You can do this.

Every time you want a smoke think poison, death, crap, Hugh money waste.
AT $7 a pack 20 cigs is 35 cents each. 3 is a dollar.

Run or gym exercise. Ankle permitting.
Netflix, amazon, hulu plus have a great selection of old series to watch through.
Movement, dance (if ankle allows) to music is good.
House cleaning is old term standby.

lol people are so judgemental here it's unreal

Sorry, but smoking is one thing I'm definitely judgmental about. Smokers: you smell like ass, you are slowly killing yourself and you are wasting a ton of money in the process. Plus, the majority of you seem to use the world as your personal trash can. I'm disgusted every time I have to stand near you and breathe the stink.

Braznor: Take this as an opportunity to end your disgusting habit, make yourself healthier, and save some cash!

The imbalance of overstimulation of nicotinic vs muscarinic receptors in the substantia anklia leads to improper healing of the joint

I am no Doctor, but outside of the facts of how bad Smoking is for you, there's no reason why your current situation requires you to quit.

However, perhaps there are other Medical issues involved. Like, are you in bad Health generally?

why no nicotine?

Apparently nicotine (and smoking in general) can interfere with the natural bone mending process.

Per: http://www.foothealthfacts.org/Content.aspx?id=4820

"In addition to longer healing times, blood clots, wounds that break open and greater risk of infection are other dangers facing smokers. Perhaps the most serious threat to smokers who have foot and ankle surgery, however, is non-union or failure of the bone to mend. Smokers are four times more likely to experience non-union than non-smokers."

From: http://www.oaevansville.com/trauma/information.htm

"3. Smoking/Nicotine/Tobacco Use

"...there is ample evidence in research literature that the presence of nicotine–whether it be from chewing tobacco, snuff, dip, cigarette or cigar smoking, marijuana smoking, or any other tobacco product–will significantly impair fracture healing. That is to say as little as one cigarette a day, one dip per day, one wad of chew, or other nicotine in your bloodstream hurts your body's ability to heal bones. This occurs because the nicotine slows the blood flow to your bones more than any other tissue in your body. The bone is starved of its ability to heal its fracture."

Sorry OP - you are not going to get sympathy from me or anyone else here. Stop sucking on cigarettes and weed. If you have to, start sucking something else.

You're not sorry, don't kid yourself. 😉

All I'm looking for is some mental support in this forum...... Oh wait.......... HA HAHHAHAHA😀

Only mental support you will EVER get comes from within

And clearly you are incapable of supporting your self mentally.......if you think not smoking is a bad thing.

You are beyond repair

You have a choice, stop now. The big question is, will you do it?

THat's on YOU

I like the excercise idea. Do pushups, situps, and pullups every time you want to smoke. Bring a mat and towel to work, you're gonna get sweaty during your breaks 😀

So no alcohol. D:
No....wink wink wink D:
Absolutely no fucking cigarettes! Not even nicotine chewing gum. D😀😀:

He gave me sleeping pills and painkillers. But a man cannot live on pills alone. How do I substitute nicotine? I haven't had a cigarette since this evening and I'm getting the jeebies already.... :\

What do I do? Help me guys. I'm fucking drying out here. I will be dead by tomorrow without my cigarette fix. D😀😀:

I beg you not to remain in the ranks of a disgusting stinky ciggy smelling smoker. Please join our ranks of the non smokers and start anew.

I urge to to try and quit. This is your moment to shine, seize it!
