Help diagnose crashes

The computer in my signature worked flawlessly until recently. I've begun having blue screen crashes several times a week. This happens sometimes overnight when I'm not on the computer, and also during the day when I'm working, with the consequence that work and data files get screwed and it takes a lot of time to rebuild stuff. Are there any logs/info that's recorded on the computer that would help me diagnose what's happening? Thanks.

Click Start and enter eventvwr. Expand Windows Logs and click System.

One possibility is that one of you RAM sticks has gone bad, or the RAM slot has gone bad. Another possibility is that you recently downloaded bad drivers for your Radeon (happens more often than people like).
