Help decide on electric shaver

I have sensitive skin, and coarse, mildly curly facial hair. My facial hair itself never grows too thick except at the chin. I tend to break out a day or so after I shave, so I've been trimming it for the most part and only shaving with a Sensor Excel (with the grain) when I have to look presentable for a meeting or night out. I have never used after shave because I am uneducated in proper shaving techniques. I just read a little about it and am getting some Proraso after shave lotion to see if that helps. My gf also got me a quality shaving cream; i used to use the crappy canned pressurized gels.

I'm looking at the Panasonics because they give the option of wet or dry; mainly the ES-LA93-K, and the ES8249S. The main difference is the former has 2 motors and spins at 14K rpm instead of 13k. The reviews on youtube say the LA93 cause less irritation because it requires fewer passes. Would that be a good idea for someone like me? I'm also worried that it is meant to give a closer shave and I"m worried that an electric with too close a shave will be too irritating for my skin.
