Which motherboard do you have? Is the BIOS dead or the CMOS battery dead?

You might try Badflash.com, he will reprogram a chip for $15, or you can buy a new one for $23. All you have to do is ship him the chip for a reprogram and the BIOS info/Motherboard info.
