I setup a RAID 0 using 3ware card. Unfortunately the card screwed up with unknown problem. So the array corrupted. Now I've lost all the data from the RAID I created. I had a drive image created before I created the RAID. But I've DELETED the image file because I thought everything was setup successfully. Now I really need the image file to recover all my data.
I haven't do anything yet to the drive that stored my image file. I've tried so many data recovery tools, Ontrack, GetDataBack, File Scavanger etc etc. But I still not able to recover any file. Some tools see the image file, but with the file size 0!
The drive is Western Digital 200GB 8MB cache. I am wondering if its because the drive is too large and those tools can't totally recognize it?
