Don't do his work. Take it up with him, or if you aren't confortable with that, take it up with your boss.

In any case, it's not your job to fix his mistakes.

If your lawyers don't want to look stupid, they should know enough to look over their presentation before they present it, and take it up with your coworker if they have a problem. If you dislike the guy for some reason, it's not really your problem to help him out with this. If the company is so terrible that you're the only once that notices grotesque grammatical errors in your ppt presentations... good luck. This is for someone else to worry about.

I would go to your boss/supervisor. They're the ones who'll look stupid if they use his mistakes, let them handle it.

if you correct him, then he won't ever use propper grammar, and then you'd be covering for his ass forever.. i say correct one for him.. say you noticed some punctuation mistakes and helped him fix them.. if he doesn't correct his issues, then bring it to your boss
