Help!, CPU Usage always at 100%

hey guys
from withn the last week, l have had this problem.

It goes and come at will. I figured it was Spy-ware/Ad-Ware or something.
But i have
ZoneAlarm Firewall
Spy-Bot Search and Destroy
Ada-ware
AVG Anitvirus

I turn off ZoneAlarm, because sometimes it conflicts with my browser.
It goes and come,
Help me please.
I scan and scan, i delete what ever I see, then it goes away for like 12 hr, thens it comes back.

try download process explore and look at it when the prob occurs. it should tell you about everything you need to know

Use Task manager, then check which exe is using most CPU
Then tell me the exe name

check task manager...see what is using a lot or looks suspicious...thats how i always tell if i have spyware...

Thats the problem, when I posting this thread, i could barely type, when it was at 100%
i did a scan with Spybot, found 13 entries, even though i scan and deleted many this morning
Now after the scan: its now at 55-70%

My processes are:
Firefox.exe - 28,000k
exploere.exe - 26,000k

I have 384 MB of Ram, 3000+ processor

It doable now, but I doubt that can I play my games properly.
The problem is that it keeps coming back 🙁

The **processes** tab shows much more than that.
