Help connecting to newsgroups behind a router

Hi, i just recently moved out and am now behind a router in my new place. Is it possible for me to connect to newsgroups anymore? When trying to connect normally, it just says no such server. I used to have my host as nntp. Now im not sure what to use. Anyone know. I use Rogers in Canada, which used to be @home.

If anyone can help me out, id appreciate it. Thanks.
 
It says under a help page of theirs that is nntp. And that USED to work, but because im behind the router now, it does not work.
