Help! Computer won't boot!

This is driving me crazy, last night, I was on the computer about to play a game, then all of a sudden, the screen turned blank, and I had to do a hard shut down on the computer. The only thing I did before the game was update the BIOS on my MSI K7N2-L mobo. It updated fine, because after I updated, the computer booted up fine, then I went to play a game. Now, when I turn on the computer, nothing boots up, I don't get anything, I tried switching cpu, and video card to see if it was the problem but still no go. There's nothing I can do, I even tried clearing the cmos fifty times and still nothing. What else can be the problem?

Failed power supply or failed motherboard come to mind as the two obvious ones. Got another decent 300W+ power supply you could try in that system?
