Help! Computer Reboots after 2 Minutes

Here is one for all the experts...i have a new puter with a Jetway 867 mobo, and AMD 1700 XP CPU
after the machine is on for about 2 minutes it will reboot ! after the second reboot, everything works fine...
for the life of me i have no idea why this thing wants to restart by it self !!!!

Have you run a virus scan recently?

Are you using winXP? if so it may be the ATI driver version. Read the MSKB article and see if it sheds some light on your issue. Another option is to go to system properties, click the advanced tab, click the settings button under startup and recovery, and uncheck the box under system failure that says automatically restart. Then see if the reboot happens again and if it doesn't go to the system log and veiw the error report. If the reboots still continue then consider the driver change If you aren't using XP I got nothin'

I agree, sounds like a driver issue since it will stay up after the second boot.
