Help!!!!!!!! Computer is down

My computer was on and I was trying to orginize the wires of my computer, some of the pin-head wire touched the case, then my computer is down and never on. Can some body tell me what happened to it? Is it because the power supply or motherboard?I need your advices to buy new parts. Please help me!!!

Were these wires on the inside of that case while the power was on or was it the outside of the PC case? Any signs of power coming on at all like fans spinning?

What you can try is resetting the CMOS or removing the cmos battery , dissconnect the HD's and cd-roms and see if anything starts working.

These wires are inside the computer case. In fact, I just bought some new panaflo fans and installed one of them. Since the wires messed up. I try to reorginze them, it seemed one pin-head wire touched the frame of 5'25'' bay. Thanks for your advice, I will try it.

Your advices works! I unpluged the hard drives and the computer is on. Then I pluged the hard drives. Everything is Ok now. Thanks again!
