A list of parts tells us nothing.
We will need much more information in order to offer you intelligent advice.

I think he means that it would help if you tell us what you want to do with your machine (gaming, heavy graphic design, animation, video production, etc.) and what performance level you want to achieve. :)

well as I said above, mainly gaming and casual use. I watch quite a lot of HD stuff on pc (connect to my plasma) but that doesn't really require much as I do it on my existing rig :-D

as for performance, well it is important to be on as higher level as possible, hence the gaming machine.

my budget is around $3200 USD

so, enough info or something else is needed? :-D

ok, just saw the sticky thread with some pointers:

so, some of the stuff I wrote above already, as for country, I live in Czech Republic, I used to be ATI/AMD fanboy but since around 4 years I sold my soul to Nvidia/Intel devil, I do have good experience with ASUS products in the past, so that's why I chose some of the parts built by ASUS, not intending to use any current parts, new build will be completely bought, I have read quite a lot of reviews on above parts, but one can only read as much, I do plan to overclock moderately 20-30 % and will be buying parts as soon as I decide finally what to buy

sorry for not checking the sticky before I posted, all info should be there now (hopefully)

thanks

Forget about the Kingston SSDNow V drive. It has a crappy controller. Better to go with an Intel or Sandforce drive. A 40Gb drive should be big enough if you keep your data files off your boot drive. If you get 120Gb or more, the C300 is good also. Third generation SSDs are coming out soon, and should include a price drop.

Additionally, you will need a second HDD to back up the first. Storage drives always fail, and sometimes without warning. A "Green" drive will be OK for backup duty.

Ditch the i7 950, X58 mobo, and RAM and HX-series PSU. Pick up an i5 760, an SLI-capable mobo like the GA-P55A-UD4P, and 8GB of DDR3 1600. Use the savings to get a pair of GTX 480s and overclock the 760.

Your framerates will thank me. :D
