help choosing....

I need to replace the chip in my fileserver, but am not sure witch I should do. I can get a 1.3 celeron for 50 bucks plus shipping or I can get a PIII 733 for 55 and ship... what do you guys say?

the 1.3 celeron is the lesser of two evils

with that big a speed diff I'd prolly go w/ the Celeron if it's the one w/ 256kb of cache it should out perform the P3 alot, just make sure your motherboard supports later core Celerons before ya get it
