Help....Choosing Motherboard for my first computer build

This is my first computer build.. I got in on the Antec P180B case deal several days ago. Also I ordered the Corsair TX650W power supply unit from NewEgg. Next up, is the motherboard. I know I want to run the Intel core 2 quad processor but not sure which one. I heard that the prices will be dropping in 2 weeks. Any suggestion on a good all around motherboard that is a good mate for an Intel core 2 quad processor. Also, I am liking to overclock..
 
Have you read any of the other recent threads? There's a lot of good info in terms of how to choose a motherboard that fits your build.
