Help choosing Mobo and Ram

Today i gathered up 400$ to to buy a motherboard and CPU so far i was opting for this GIGABYTE GA-X38-DS4 Motherboard and 2x of This WINTEC AMPX 4GB Ram [8gb mainly for media editing & future proofing]. These are my entry choices so far.

* im looking for a mobo with x2 pci 2.0 & crossfire friendly
