I've gone through atleast a dozen distros, and none have been as great to me as Manjaro. Ubuntu simply cannot compete anymore.

I've been running ubuntu for the past 6 years and it is pretty good. I think you need to find the driver support for your ZTE card. Alternatively get an external USB Wifi dongle that has the driver supported in Linux.
