Help choosing a graphics card?

I will mostly be using it for games like League of Legends, CSGO, minecraft, and other steam games; will also be doing homework and watching streams and YouTube from it. i do not plan on OCing nor upgrading it anytime soon.

I was debating between the:

Which one of these would be the better bang for the buck ? And would a 650 W 80+Gold power supply be good enough for these?
