Not at all - the SB!Live is a PCI device whose resources are always assigned dynamically as the BIOS and operating system please. The "gameport" driver in Device Manager should reflect that alright - and software that tries to bypass this driver to access the presumed legacy ISA gameport directly belongs in the bin ... or you use an onboard sound's game port, those can often be set to ISA compatible address 201h in system BIOS.
