Help! Cat won't stop humping stuff.

My Aunt has a fixed dog that still humps. The weird thing is that its a female dog!

If I find a camera, i'll try to take a video. This is the first cat I've had that did this. My father was telling me that all the cats he's ever owned 20+, have never done this. It's pretty funny to watch but is gross when he goes after your socks with your foot in them.
