Help! Can't get sound w/Cinema Pro

I just got Compro Technology Cinema Pro (Vivo_Tivo_) It's on a P4 2.53 Ghz, 533 Mhz fsb with an Nvidia Ti4200 128 mb ddr video card and a Turtle Beach Santa Cruz video card. I can't get no sound man!

If this is up anybody's alley and you have a pointer or two ...HELP!!!
