HELP: Can't get motivated at all this quarter

I've never been a super student, but this year I'm having a really hard time studying and getting my work done. I'm sure lots of you have been in this situation... Any sage advice to pass along?

A friend of mine felt the same way. He's a 3rd yr ME, and was failing 3 of his classes. So he dropped this semester, moved out, and is registered to come back next sem as a MGMT major. :/

Maybe you don't want to admit that you're behind in your work and that's bringing you down. Swallow hard, get caught up, and you'll feel better.

Find someone to study with? Get some energy pills? Caffeine? Creatine? Buy some adderall off of some kid?

I have had ADD (really bad) since I was in elementary school, so I definitely know where you're coming from.

Same way man. Graduated, took summer off for travel and been having a tough time getting motivated to study for my series 6,7 and 63

Well, you're almost in the same boat as me. If you're in 4th year, it means you are this || close to betting BS degree. That should motivate you, just think 8 more months and you're out, and the better grades you get the better you will be off. You can't afford to fvsk it up when you are so close.

I'll be a 5th year, I am behind a bit, so that hasn't helped :\, I know school matters a lot, it's so illogical, but I just don't care right now.

Same here. I can hardly make myself sit down and study, and even then I can't concentrate. I have a midterm tomorrow, I'm barely halfway through studying and I haven't gone to this class since Sept 20th.

The thought of being 87.5% done with school in 30 days is decent motivation.

yeah its been a sh*tty sem for me too...but i'm working my ass off now to turn it around...
