help - cant get fatcash to work

This is my first time using a deal on FW and I'm trying to use their fatcash rebate. I click on the Dell Deal link from the FW site, and a window pops up that says "enter this coupon code..." and it's the coupon code for the deal I want. Then another window pops up with the URL click.linksynergy.com/blahblahblah but I get a 404 on that page. I think that window is supposed to open up a window to Dell's site so I can buy the item, and then it logs my purchase in FW so I can get the fatcash rebate. Is that correct? What do I do here?

I posted it there too, I wanted to get an answer quick because there's only a limited # of these coupons so I need to buy this thing asap to get the deal.
