Help! Can't get back into BIOS on my A7V133A!

I was playing around with some of my settings in BIOS to overclock my system and I made a big mistake. I was playing around (rather successfully) at overclocking my Duron 700 to 900MHz using 6.0 x 150FSB. I then entered BIOS again to go back to my default mutliplier but forgot to reset the FSB. So now I don't get any video output and can't get back into BIOS. I've tried cold boots, warm boots, high heeled boots. Nothing is working. Any suggestions?
 
clear your cmos
on the a7v133 its two solder points on the motherboard, you have to short them for a couple seconds,

it resets all your bios settings to default

Does the A7V133 use the Insert key held down to let you boot at defaults? Alot of mobo's do. Some have other key combinations though and my memory sucks so check your mobo book and it might tell you as a little side note.
