Help..... can't boot into Win 2K

Hi, when loading into windows, the blue screen would appear and it says registry file at systemroot\system32\config\software
or its log or alternate was
corrupted or missing.

How do I solve this problem?
Note that the above is not the exact error message.

Unfortunately, I don't have a floppy drive, so I can't try booting from a disk. I could use the win 2k cd to go to the ms-dos. Now what do I do?
