Help Building a Server, please

I have a client that wants an internal server for hosting ASP.NET intranet applications.

His wish list:
P4 class CPU (no celerons)
RAID
Redundant power supply
1GB RAM
Windows 2003 Server (non Web edition, but cheap otherwise)

I went into Dell to configure one to get an estimate but the options are foreign to me on RAID. I have very little RAID experience.

Any advice, suggestions, tips would be GREATLY appreciated!
