My friend is in need of a computer to use for mostly internet access etc. Can anyone help me put together a budet pc, probably nothing more than an athlon xp 1700 is needed. I'd like to get all the parts from the same place, such as newegg etc. The graphics card can be built in if that will save money. I don't need a hard drive though.

Any help can be appreciated, looking to get it at the lowest cost. Thanks!

Yeah for a budget PC you're better off getting a Dell. They're usually cheaper (because all their parts are OEM) than if you built one yourself, and you get great support.
